We believe God gave you unique skills and talents to help make a difference. At Sun Valley, we have serving opportunities to fit both your gifting and your schedule! Plus, serving is one of the best ways to be more like Jesus as well as meet more people and develop relationships! If you are interested in serving or want more information about serving, please complete the form below. Serving Opportunities

Guest Services Team

Our Guest Services Team specializes in making people feel welcome. They create a friendly environment and meet the needs of our guests. We want everyone who walks onto any of our campuses to feel like they are our special guests. This team is perfect for those who love being with people and have gifts in hospitality. 

Groups Leader

We believe life-change happens best in community. Our SV Groups Team is made up of hundreds of small group leaders who facilitate conversations and friendships centered on God's word. They meet online, on campus and in homes.

Kids Team

SV Kids is for children birth through 6th grade. Here we create a fun, safe, and guest-friendly environment for kids and their parents. Whether you like playing with kids, leading songs up front, or working with technology, there are opportunities on the team for every kind of interest or gifting. 

Students Team

There are few things more rewarding than investing in the next generation. If you are interested in serving students at Sun Valley, we would love to connect with you!” Safety is one of our highest priorities for our students, therefore a background check will be required to serve in this area. We’re excited for you to experience this next step in following Jesus with serving students.

Production Team

The SV Production Team helps create a dynamic, distraction-free worship experience for thousands of people each weekend. If you have an aptitude for technology and enjoy working behind the scenes we invite you to consider joining the SV Production. Training is provided. 

Facilities Team

The Facilities Team cleans, preps, and maintains our buildings and grounds. In addition, they prepare our campuses for special events that take place throughout the week. As a team, they set the stage for life-change to take place across all ministries. If you enjoy serving behind the scenes, and wish to be part of an essential team, we would love to connect with you.

Safety Team (Security and Medical)

Campus Safety Team members utilize their experience and training to ensure a safe environment for our guests. They are prepared to address any safety or medical situations that may occur.

Music Team

The Music team consists of worship staff members alongside our faithful volunteers who serve from week to week across all of our campuses. Our desire is to help others meet, know, and follow Jesus through authentic musical worship experiences.

We Care Team

On the second weekend of each month, we launch a week of generosity by collecting non-perishable items to benefit a local partner.  This monthly serving opportunity is at your campus during a weekend service setting up, thanking guests for their donations, tearing down, and moving the donated supplies to the appropriate area to be stored until pick up by the partner.

Young Adults Team

YA is a place for college age through young professionals to connect and build relationships. We have a monthly gathering on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm at the Gilbert campus that includes a time of worship, teaching and connection. We welcome any volunteers looking to pour into this age group to serve.

Recovery/Care

We offer Care Ministries at all our locations to help people intentionally and successfully grow as individuals, couples and families.

Office Team

The Front Office Team plays a very important role at the Gilbert Campus Office.  We greet guests, answer calls for all campuses, provide valuable information and resources, and administratively assist the Central Services staff.  This team is perfect for those who are gifted in administration and hospitality.

Warehouse Distribution Center Team

The Central Distribution Center Warehouse, located at the Tempe campus, coordinates and processes the supplies, materials and equipment needed for all the Sun Valley campuses throughout the valley.
